Initiate Your Request
Contact our commercial support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Securely pack the unused vacuum or accessory in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all manuals and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured carrier label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized shipping center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the unit for commercial integrity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
